Racing Calendar 2025

The Racing Program was finalized at the Board meeting on 8th March. The season program consists of the 4 events below. Please check your email in the run up to these events for updates about the races and dinners, and add these races to your personal calendar:

ø Vanexan Cup – 31st May 2025
ø Rum Runner – 5th July 2025
ø Wildwood Cup – 26th July 2025
ø Fun Rally – 16th August 2025

Handicap System

All boats are given a handicap score from the Portsmouth handicap system and are then adjusted accordingly by their captains’ and the boats’ performance. This handicap system is the standard that is used for club racing throughout the world. This will give all boats a fair competitive chance.

Rules of Racing

The Rules of Racing contained in the downloadable document below shall apply to the Vanexan Cup, the Rum Runner, and the Wildwood Cup races:
