Wildwood Sailing Club offers the details of any vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information, nor warrant the condition of the vessel.  A buyer should regard the conduct of any discussions, agreements, contracts or payments as being between themselves and the club member who advertises a boat for sale, and nothing in such negotiation will create a relationship between the buyer and Wildwood Sailing Club. A buyer should instruct his agents, or his surveyors, to investigate such details provided by a club member that the buyer desires validated. Any advertised vessel may be subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal from sail without notice, even if an advert remains posted on the Site.
